What cannot be seen with the eye, but that whereby the eye can see: know that alone to be Brahman the Spirit and not what people here adore. What cannot be heard with the ear but that whereby the ear can hear: know that alone to be Brahman the Spirit and not what people here adore… What cannot be thought with the mind, but that whereby the mind can think: know that alone to be Brahman the Spirit and not what people here adore.

  • Kena Upanishad

God, the scripture is saying, is beyond the mind and body, it is formless consciousness and is the substratum of everything. Turiya to the Hindus.

Can you sense the truth in both the Upanishad and of  Jesus Christ’s words in the Gospel of Luke ?

Responding to a question from the Pharisees about when the Kingdom of God would come, Jesus said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation; nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:20-21).

Much like the Kena Upanishad, Jesus is pointing to purified consciousness, love  and the heart space as the REAL path to the Kingdom of Heaven.

As individuals, all we need to do to find the Divine and find peace is to look within, breathe in the holy spirit and be silent.

Become aware and observe your own consciousness.

Bless everything  and everyone in prayer

Forgive everyone and everything

Be still and know that I am God
